【摘要】:ThispartofISO1872specifiesthemethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofPEmouldingandextrusionmaterials.Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestmaterialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingaregivenhere.Proceduresandconditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensandproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.PropertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizePEmouldingandextrusionmaterialsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350.OthertestmethodsinwideusefororofparticularsignificancetothesemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO1872,asarethedesignatorypropertiesspecifiedinpart1.Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofpreparationandconditioning,thespecimendimensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
