【摘要】:ThispartofISO22090specifiesgeneralrequirements,construction,performanceandtestingofTransmittingHeadingDevicesusingGNSSprinciplesasrequiredbychapterV,SOLAS1974(asamended).Atransmittingheadingdevice(THD)isanelectronicdevicethatprovidesinformationabouttheship'strueheading.InadditiontothegeneralrequirementscontainedinIMOResolutionA.694(17)towhichIEC60945isassociatedandtherelevantstandardforthesensingpartused,theTHDequipmentshallcomplywiththefollowingminimumrequirements.WheretheIMOperformancestandardsthatapplytothesensingpartdonotspecifyageographicaloperatingareatheTHDshalloperatea)atamaximumrateofturn20°/s;andb)from70°latitudesouthto70°latitudenorthasaminimum.TheTHDscomplyingwiththerequirementscontainedinthispartofISO22090canbeusedforheadinginformationascontainedinChapterVoftheSOLASConvention.InadditionsuchTHDsshouldmeetthedynamicrequirementscontainedintheHSCCode,chapter13forthecarriageofasuitabledeviceprovidingheadinginformation.NOTE1Severaltechnologiescanbeusedtodetectandtransmitheadinginformation.Itisillogicaltostandardizethedetectionoftheheadingseparatelyfromthetransmissionoftheheading.Therefore,separatepartsofthispartofISO22090refertodifferenttechnologies.TherequirementsofthispartofISO22090onlyapplytotheprincipleoftheGNSSone.OthertechnologiesarecoveredinotherpartsofISO22090.NOTE2AllrequirementsthatareextractedfromtherecommendationofIMOResolutionMSC.116(73)onperformancestandardsfortransmittingheadingdevicesareprintedinitalics.
