【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsofsolderableenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass130withadualcoating.Theunderlyingcoatingisbasedonpolyurethaneresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Thesuperimposedcoatingisbasedonpolyamideresin.NOTEAmodifiedresinisaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class130isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof130andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast155℃.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardis:-Grade1:0,050mmuptoandincluding1,600mm;-Grade2:0,050mmuptoandincluding2,000mm.Thenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinclause4ofIEC60317-0-1.
